How am I billed, how much does our service cost, can I cancel my service anytime?

You can easily sign up for services (trash, recycling, or both) through our website. Just click the green “Get Started” button at the top right corner of this page. Your credit card, or debit card will automatically be securely charged monthly via PayPal or Stripe.

If you do not prefer PayPal or Stripe, you can elect to pay for services six months in advance, along with an additional $1 per month administrative fee to cover postage, handling, printing, collecting, monitoring, and taking trips to the bank. Payment must be received before your trash and/or recycling services will start. You may cancel service at anytime. You must notify us to cancel your services by email or phone.
