How am I billed, how much does our service cost, can I cancel my service anytime?

You can easily sign up for services (trash, recycling, or both) through our website. Just click the green “Get Started” button at the top right corner of this page. Your bank account, credit card, or debit card will automatically be charged monthly via PayPal.

If you do not prefer PayPal, you can elect to pay for services six months in advance, along with an additional $1 per month administrative fee to cover postage, handling, printing, collecting, monitoring, and taking trips to the bank. You may cancel service at anytime. You must notify us to cancel your services by email or phone.
